Our hardware services help you to obtain additional items of hardware that you may want to incorporate into your existing IT systems.

When would you need hardware services? 
Some of your current hardware may need replacing because it is old and inefficient, or per­haps you want to incorporate additional components, such as printers, fax machines, or PCs into your current systems.If we are already discussing a complete system with you, and you need hardware somewhere else in the organisation, we can supply it along with your new IT system. If you have existing adequate systems in place, and you just need new hardware, we can provide you with these additional items.

When you ask BMS to source and supply hardware for you, we advise you of any associated considerations, such as installing network or power sockets, or configuring the products. When we install new hardware, you won’t waste time and resources getting the new equipment to run when it is delivered.

How we can help 
BMS has built up a number of partnerships with hardware manufacturers and distributors that allow us to source any equipment you may need. BMS can:

• supply servers, PCs, laptops, networking hardware, printers and print servers
• supply server and PC upgrades (such as memory or graphics cards), and other hardware.
• recommend hardware to suit your budget.
• source, order, supply and install any hardware you need.
• preconfigure equipment and install operating systems for your requirements before they are delivered to you.
• arrange support with a company that specialises in supporting hardware.

BMS is able to provide hardware from all manufacturers, and has specific partnerships with Hewlett Packard, Dell, Cisco and Netgear.
