• review the products you are using and agree with you which products BMS can support.
• recommend product upgrades and future upgrade options to keep your systems current and to ensure they can be supported.
• advise you on the best usage, optimum operation and security of your network and corporate data.
• handle all your network administration and/or internet connections.
• arrange support for your hardware.
• give first line support and troubleshooting to users by telephone or email.
• provide you with a tailored contract to give you priority, and cost-effective support.
• even if you don’t have a support contract we may be able to help you.
• visit your site to resolve problems, but only if it is not possible to help you remotely.
• conduct a thorough check of your systems on an annual basis to ensure that your IT infrastructure is working as it should.
